Frequently asked questions

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations are usually possible for up to two hours after placing
your order. After this time the order is submitted for printing, and we cannot
cancel it.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

As our prints and frames are all
made to order we are unable to accept returns if you change your mind. Please
make sure you want the print before ordering as we won't be able to issue you
with a refund or accept a return if you decide you no longer want the print it.

 

IF YOUR ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED

Send us a message with a photo of the damage, showing the whole image
plus the damaged area, (include the packaging if that is also damaged), which
will allow us to assess the issue. Once we have reviewed the details, a
resolution will be provided, which may include a free replacement or a refund.
All damages must be reported within 14 days of delivery.

PRINTING ERROR OR QUALITY ISSUE

Refunds or reprints are offered in
the rare event of there being a printing error or quality issue. Please send us
a photograph of your print showing the issue and also take a photograph one showing
the whole image. This will allow us to assess the issue and offer a resolution,
which can be either a free replacement or a refund. All quality issues must be reported
within 14 days of delivery.

 

QUALITY OR COLOR ISSUES

We take great care to represent our
artwork as accurately as possible in our online images. However, due to
variations in individual screen and monitor settings, slight colour differences
may occur between on-screen images and the finished print.

All prints are produced at a minimum
of 300 dpi using state-of-the-art equipment at a professional printing
facility.

Please note that many of our designs
are intentionally dark and atmospheric and are not intended to appear crisp or
photographic in style.

DELIVERY ISSUES

Unfortunately, we are at the
mercy of the carriers once the item has been handed over to them. Delays with
shipping do occasionally occur, and once your item has classified as lost by
the carrier, we will offer you a reprint or a refund.

Please bear in mind that the delivery times shown are estimates based on thousands
of past deliveries, but they are not guaranteed.

WRONG ADDRESS

Please double-check your delivery address before placing your order.
Once an order has been submitted for printing, we are unable to make any
changes.

After your item has been printed, you
will receive a tracking number. At this stage, you may contact the carrier
directly to request an address update (which may incur a fee) or ask for the
parcel to be held at a local depot for collection, which is usually free.

If a parcel is returned due to an
incorrect or incomplete address, or if delivery is unsuccessful, it will be
sent back to the print provider. In these cases, we are unable to resend or
replace the item free of charge.
